You would confer afavour if you would have a court appointed in order to fine the Rebels who did not respond to the last call The Union men of my Regt have Emfaticaly Said they will never go again unless there is some thing don with those who ran away There is also some of the half way Union men who did not respond I would like you would make Some araingment at as Early astate as Possible So that we can get at them
