Notes written by John F. Kennedy during 1960 West Virginia primary for Matt Reese, who headed the West Virginians for Kennedy, and who filled some of Kennedy's speaking engagements when he lost his voice. Although this document is preserved in the West Virginia State Archives, the Matthew Reese Collection has been transferred from the John F. Kennedy presidential lbrary to the Special Collections department at Marshall University.
