Two Good Democrats Discuss the Issues

A. H. Young , of Braxton St., Gassaway, and Mrs. Muriel Humphreys [sic], wife of the Presidential Candidate, chat for a few moments in front of the Gassaway community building when Mrs. Humphreys visited the county Monday.

Driving her station wagon here from Washington, Mrs. Humphreys brought two of her sons with her. After breakfast in Charleston Monday morning she visited Gassaway and Sutton on her way to Clarksburg to participate in the formal opening of Humphreys headquarters there.

Our guess is she received some good Democratic advice from "Homer" during their con[v]ersation.
