Kennedy's Brother Will Address Rally

Edward M. (Ted) Kennedy will attend tonight's "Democrat Candidate's Night" in the Raleigh County Criminal Courtroom, in promoting the presidential campaign of his brother, U. S. Senator John F. Kennedy.

The meeting, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. is sponsored by the county Young Democrats Club, according to Cotton White, president. He said each county Democrat candidate for office will be given a chance to state his opinions at the meeting.

Also attending the meeting will be John Camp, mayor of Westover, near Morgantown, on behalf of Hulett C. Smith, Beckley, candidate for the Democratic gubernatorial nomination.

Sen. Kennedy's brother will attend tonight's meeting, after touring parts of Raleigh County - Coal City, Pemberton, Rhodell, Fireco, and Sophia - today.

A member of the Massachusetts bar, he has traveled extensively on behalf of his brother, meeting with Democratic leaders in all parts of the country.

He managed Senator Kennedy's 1958 campaign for re-election in Massachusetts, at which time Kennedy won by 870,000 votes.
