Lt. Governor of Minnesota Visits Elkins Tuesday
April 28, 1960
Karl F. Rolvaag, Lt. Gov. of the State of Minnesota, came to Elkins Tuesday in behalf of the presidential campaign of Sen. Hubert Humphrey.
With Rolvaag was Samuel Cogar, former state president of the Junior Young Democrats, who is a member of Sen. Humphrey's staff in W. Va.
The two visiting Humphrey representatives were calling on Democrat leaders in the Elkins area.
