1st Lieut Alpheus Beale to be 1st Lieut and Adjutant
(vice P. B. Stanbery discharged) to Rank from Sept 10th 1863
2nd Lieut Enoch Clice to be 1st Lieut vice Beale promoted to rank from Sept 10th 1863
2nd Lieut Edward Mallory to be 1st Lieut vice Rallston resigned to rank from August 30th 1863
