I have the honor to inform you that I issued on the 26th day of January, 1865, to Capt. M. T. Haller Comd'g, Barbour County scouts the following clothing:

(8/ Eight Rubber Blankets.-
being all the clothing issued to State Troops by me during the month of January, 1865.
