Colonel-
I have the honor again to request provision returns for the month of April 1865, for my company twenty four men if I should enlist two more men the number I am entitled to have provisions on hand for the two. Col. can you this time allow us a new suit of clothes blouses shirts drawers pants and shoes. Some of the boys are getting quite bare for pants especially. I send you a list of the names of men belonging to my company.
