Agreeably to your instructions I mail to your address The payrolls + other papers neccassary to the final settlement of this buissness of my Company. You will please Notify us to [?] us soon as you can make a commitment to to meet us as the place designation

I have also mailed to the Adgvtant General for the neccess ary Signatures The discharge of the Company you will Come from A favor [?] me if you will have them signed + bring Them and wish you that they may be distributed while we have the Men to gather.

You will please bring with you a copy of the payroll that imbraces the fairness between the 31 of [?] + the 30 of [?] as Mr Mitchell who was not payed on The last pay day will call on you for his money.
