I ask from your orthority (sic) by your order to furnish to the Co of Capt Jos. H Barker in command of a Company at Camp Brownstown Kanawha County West Va town(?) Carthages (sic) harver (sic) sacks & shoes or Boots socks shirts Drawers pants caps and one Company Requsion (sic) Book and Commisary (sic) such as a Batalion (sic) or Rig or co will kneed & must have and one pare (sic) of scales to the figures of 100 lbs please attend to this matter with out fale (sic)
