Genl George W Brown
Wheeling West Viginia [sic]
Sir
by request of the Governor through the
adgutant [sic] I have received an [sic] forwarded
to you yesterday from Capt HS Sayre
arms accoutrements an [sic] Casper & will
reach you in safety [sic]
I was at one dollar (1.00) expense on
them in the way of getting them to the
Depot and Railroad agents commision [sic]
which you may enclose to me by mail
for my own trouble I want nothing
