I callend[sic] upon E Bee for the guns in his hands as pur[sic] your order of Nov 27 1862 and he refused to give up the guns without I would receipt to him for them which I considered I had no rite[sic] to doo[sic] as I will be held accountable to the government for them. Will you pleas[sic] in form me as to my duty in the [?] and oblije yours very
