Order Capt Bush to call his co. together at once to be paid

Order 1st Luit to do so if Capt ufersy and to report all facts at once-n certified by some men of Character

say to Each of the officers that the money must be paid to the men personally Mrs Mcperfen recivy [sic] for her husband

Write to W. Wiant enclosing the above orders - and say to him to have only to the persons entitled and say further if this Capt refuses again to muster his Co. for pay [illegible] not to pay the Capt. one cent & I shall dis[?] him at once without pay and so with LT Luis, If no officer will muster the Co. for pay then he requested to pay such members of Va Co. a will receive it and report such as will not receive pay -and return Their money to me --- with any after matters to Wiant or the officer or occur to you ,
