Personally appeared before me John Campbell a Justice in and for Said County in the Sate of West Va. Calvin Graham, Amos Lockhart, James Earls, Alex Swearingen, John H Edie, Samul [sic] Fox, Richard Brandon

Who made oath that thay [sic] would Support the Constitution of the United Stats [sic] and the laws made in persuance [sic] thereof as the Supream [sic] law of the United Stats [sic] that would Support any thing in the ordruence [sic] ordenence of the Conventions which assembled at Richmond on the March 1861to the contrary notwithstanding that they will Support the Government of Va as the restored and vindicated by the Convention which assembled at wheeling on the 12th day of June 1861 and that thay [sic] will be true and faithfull [sic] members of Panhandel [sic] Grays

Given under my hand this 19th day of June 1863
