Pleas [sic] commition [sic] James Chambrs [sic] 1st Lieut in Militai [sic] District No 2nd 163 Regiment in Hancock County via also Rober Cassidy 2nd Lieut of the Same
The above named persons were Elected to there [sic] respective positions on the 28th day of Sept 1862
