Dear Sir
Please send the following Commissions. [?]iz

I certify your Hon: that on the 4th day of September 1862 Franklin Hoove was duly elected as Second Leiutenant in Div: No 2, in place of Mr J Miller who turns out to be rebel.

Please send Commission for Mr Hoover- I hereby Certify that on the 27th day of Dec 1862. Dabna Harold was duly Elected First Lieutenant in Div: No 3, in place of Andrew Esque who moved away, (was not commissioned)

Please send Commission for Mr Harold.
