The quartermaster refused to give clothing with out youre requisition and being ordered by the quartermaster Gen

Before I can recieve any return from you I will have 50 men and guns clothing is much kneeded

Pleas allow me to state as I have before that my men dare not stay at home and we much kneed Blankets and over coats, shoe boots, AC
