Mercer County Commission, $11,880 to provide for preservation microfilming, digital conversion, encapsulation and rebinding of the County Clerk's earliest Deed Books, and the purchase of manually operated moveable track shelving to enhance access to the Circuit Clerk's case files.

Mineral County Commission, $10,000 to provide for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of the Circuit Clerk's Domestic and Civil Order Books.

Mingo County Commission, $10,000 to provide for the purchase of roller shelving to enhance access to the County Clerk's Marriage Books.

Preston County Commission, $2,616 to provide for the purchase of one shredder, open steel shelving and cubic foot boxes for the Sheriff's tax records.

Putnam County Commission, $6,000 to provide for the scanning, indexing and creation of preservation microfilm of the county's oversize maps for the County Clerk's office.

Randolph County Commission, $5,000 to provide for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of the County Clerk's Deed Books.

Ritchie County Commission, $13,009 to provide for the purchase of manually operated moveable track shelving for the preservation and access of the Circuit Clerk's case files, and to provide for the purchase of preservation microfilm and digital conversion of the County Clerk's earliest Will Books.

Roane County Commission, $4,500 to provide for scanning and indexing case files and the purchase of two scanners that will enhance access to the Circuit Clerk's case files.

Summers County Commission, $5,000 to provide for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of the County Clerk's Deed Books.

Tucker County Commission, $9,000 to provide for preservation microfilming and digital conversion of the County Clerk's Oil and Gas Books, to encapsulate, conserve and restore the Assessor's copies of the Land Books, and to purchase a public access computer for the records room.

Upshur County Commission, $5,454 to provide for the purchase of four scanners that will enhance access to the Circuit Clerk's records.

Wayne County Commission, $5,000 to provide for the scanning, indexing and creation of preservation microfilm of Deed Books for the County Clerk's office.

Wetzel County Commission, $9,700 to provide for conservation/restoration and preservation microfilming of the Assessor's Land Books in the County Clerk's office.

Wirt County Commission, $4,432 to provide for the purchase of a scanner and four computers for the public that will enhance access to the County Clerk's records.
