"County Court"

The regular March term of the County Court, was held on last Monday, the 3rd inst. It was gratifying to see that the attendance of the session though not large, was, considering the inclement state of the weather, quite respectable. A considerable of amount of business was transacted, amongst which was the qualification of the new Magistrates, elected to fill the vacancies occasioned by the resignation, or [illegible] of the late Incumbents to take the oath prescribed by the Wheeling Convention. With the exception of two Justices of the Peace yet to qualify, (one of whom, we understand, declines to accept the position,) the reorganization of the Court is now complete. We congratulate the people of the County in view of the prospect of a speedy re-establishment of the power of the civil authorities and the restoration of law and order again in our borders.
