Old Marion Preparing for Action - A Mass Meeting at Fairmont.

Editors Intelligencer:

At a meeting of the new State county and district Committee, held in Fairmont on Monday, March 2, 1863.

Resolved, That the District Committees be requested to pursue such policy and adopt such measures as, in their discretion, they think best to secure the largest vote for the new State.

Resolved, That a New State mass meeting be held at Fairmont on Thursday, March 19, 1863.

Resolved, That J. C. Beeson, J. W. Cromwell and E. R. Hall, be appointed a Committee of arrangements and invitations.

Resolved, That the foregoing resolutions be published.
