More Soldiers. - A splendid battery of artillery, with quite a large number of infantry arrived in the city yesterday from Columbus, Ohio. They had not left the city last evening at a late hour. A company of mounted scouts, to the number of fifty, was organized yesterday, and assigned to duty.
