Seizing Pictures Of Rebel Officers. - Yesterday the Provost Marshal seized all the pictures of rebel army officers and civilians which were displayed at the various photograph galleries and fancy stores. Similar action was taken by the Provost Marshal of Baltimore some time ago, and was considered advisable here from the fact that these pictures afforded a great deal of gratification to rebels and rebel sympathizers.
