Wheeling, 16th June, 1863.
General Order No. 6, 1863.
I. The 163d Regiment, Hancock county, will be mustered for service, at such hour and place as may be designated by the Colonel commanding, on Friday, the 19th inst. and proceed thence to this place, by the Cleveland and Pittsburg Railroad, reporting upon arrival, at these headquarters.
II. The 103d Regiment, Brooke county, will be mustered for service, at such hour and place as may be designated by the Lieutenant Colonel commanding, on Friday, the 19th inst. and proceed to this place, by the Cleveland and Pittsburg Railroad, reporting upon arrival, at these headquarters.
III. The 1st battalion of the 161st Regiment, Ohio county, will be mustered for service, at 9 o'clock, A. M., on Thursday, the 18th inst., at Triadelphia; and the 2d battalion of the same regiment, on Friday, the 9th inst., at the same place; each battalion, on the day of muster, will proceed to this place, by the Hempfield Railroad, reporting upon arrival, at those headquarters.
IV. The 134th Regiment, Marshall county, will be mustered for service, on Friday, the 19th inst., at 2 o'clock, P.M., at Moundsville, Marshall county.
V. The 5th and 4th Regiments, Ohio county, will be mustered for service at 9 o'clock, A.M., on Wednesday, the 17th inst., on Fourth Street between Union and Quincy Streets, in the city of Wheeling.
VI. The circular letter of instructions accompanying these orders, must be strictly enforced by the commandant of each regiment.
VII. Capt. Henry K. List, A. Q. M., of this Brigade, will provide subsistence and quarters for the Regiments concentrated in Wheeling and the 134th Regiment of Moundsville. The Quartermaster of each Regiment, will, upon the receipt of this order, report to Capt. List, A. Q. M. , at Wheeling, for orders and instructions.
VIII. For the information of all whom it may concern, the following officers are announced as composing the Staff of the 24th Brigade of V. M.
Capt. B Davenport, Assistant Adjutant General.
Capt. H. K. List, Assistant Quartermaster.
Lieut. H. C. Flecher, Aid-de-Camp.
John G. Kelly, Esq., having offered his services, is appointed a volunteer aid.
These officers will be recognized and obeyed accordingly.

The Militia of the city and county were out yesterday in considerable force. The arms heretofore used by the members of the 4th and 5th regiments were yesterday placed in the armory under the Court House. When the regiments were dismissed the Colonels announced that in a few days the two regiments would be mustered to receive their pay, and that on the same occasion they would be provided with new Springfield muskets, which were now on the way.
