Capt. Simpson's Company. - Several days ago Rev. J. L. Simpson, of Preston county, in response to the call of the Governor, commenced to recruit a company for the six months' service. He has had remarkable success. On Monday evening, in the midst of the heavy rain which was falling, Captain Simpson at the head of ninety men marched from the depot to the Atheneum, where the men will be duly equipped and clothed. The company is composed of as fine a looking set of men as can be found anywhere in the country.
