U. S. Court. - In the United States Court yesterday Perry Starcher, charged with treason, was released on bail of $2000 with security. He was one of Dusky's gang.
A writ of habeas corpus was granted in the case of ____ Walter, a member of Capt. Holmes' Battery, his father claiming he enlisted without his consent.
Owing to the absence of important witnesses a number of criminal trials were postponed until Tuesday at 10 o'clock. Court adjourned till that hour.
