Rebel Deserters. - Lieut. Knapp, of the 6th West Virginia Infantry, arrived from Clarksburg yesterday, bringing two rebel deserters from the 20th Virginia regiment. The men are brothers. They came within our lines a few days ago and gave themselves up. They represent that more than two thirds of the regiment (the 20th) have recently deserted.
