Gen. Averill's Prisoners. - Seventy-six prisoners, recently captured by Gen. Averill, during his Salem raid, arrived in the city on Wednesday night and were sent to Camp Chase yesterday. They were about as rough looking customers as we have yet had the pleasure of seeing.
