Among the number is a Lieutenant Holderby, formerly of Cabell county, who was confused here about a year and a half ago, and was either released upon taking the oath or exchanged, we do not remember which. Holderby's mother and sister are now in prison in Point Pleasant upon the charge of harboring and hiding the son.
