Twenty-eight men arrived yesterday from Parkersburg to be mustered into the service to the credit of Ohio county. - Out of the twenty-eight twenty-seven passed the examining board. They are as fine a set of men as we ever saw.

Seventh Virginia Cavalry. - Preston Ballard, Wm. A. Holton, Calvin Jones, Wm. Pritchard, Michael Ryan, Wm. Icenhour, George W. Jenkings, Wm. D. Medley, Wm. McW. Tiller; all credited to Ohio County.

Second West Virginia Cavalry. - James Coon, John Collard, John Compton, Jackson Dasher, William Dawson, Wesley Harman, David Harner, Havid Hatterman, Wesley B. Hutchison, Eber Willey, Isaac F. West, Jacob A. Whetsel, Benj. F. Kiser, Thos. V. Nickell, Robt. Morrison, James McLaughlin, Michael O. Rourke, Isaac Palmer, Robert M. Steele, James Wurts, Geo. L. Wiseman, Griff Zin, George Zin; all credited to Ohio County.

First Artillery. - Isaac K. Brown, John Walkers; all credited to Ohio County.

Seventeenth West Virginia Infantry. -- Geo. Henderson, credited to Ohio County; Jos. H. Wilson, credited to Marshall County.

Forty-fifth U. S. C. I. - Andrew Boldon, credited to Ohio County.
