Kanawha County:The citizens of Charleston and Kanawha county, assembled in the Court House in that county, on Saturday, the 20th inst., and passed some very strong resolutions expressive of their feelings in regard to rebels and rebel sympathizers. They also appointed a committee of thirteen to give notice to obnoxious rebel leaders, that unless they voluntarily left the county within a reasonable time they will be vigorously prosecuted for their offences against the laws of the United States, and this State. Dr. Patrick of Kanawha, and Col. Ben Wilson, of Harrison county, opposed the action of the meeting, but were not able to prevent the adoption of the resolutions entire. They were carried by an overwhelming majority.
