The Enemy in Harper's Ferry.

We learn from the Winchester Republican that the enemy, to the number of 1000, have taken possession of Harper's Ferry. The object may be to rebuild the bridge across the Potomac River. On Wednesday night last, two hundred of the enemy's cavalry took possession of Charlestown, in Jefferson county, about eight miles this side of Harper's Ferry. There is a rumor that a large number of the enemy have crossed the Potomac at Williamsport. We understand that our stores at Winchester have been removed to Strasburg.
