Coming Back. - Some months ago a young woman name Kate Brown, of Braxton county, was arrested and brought to this city upon the charge of burning the Government telegraph lines and acting as spy for the rebels. She remained in jail here a long time, and some weeks ago she induced Major Darr to release her - upon promises of repentance - that she might engage herself as a domestic in the city. She was thus employed for some week or so, when she asked leave to go to Buckhannon. This request was granted upon the faithful promise of the woman that she would go no further than Buckhannon, and that she would behave herself and keep out of trouble. Yesterday morning Major Darr received a dispatch that Miss Kate had flanked all the pickets on the route, and had succeeded in reaching Bulltown, where she had resumed her old practices. Major Darr has therefore ordered her to be re-arrested, and she is now doubtless on her return to this city.
