The Situation.

The Situation out in the interior is not materially changed by any news yesterday. The enemy are supposed to be in very considerable force around Weston. General Roberts is in command of our forces at Clarksburg. He had been strongly reinforced and each day is adding to his numbers. Out fourth regiment was ordered last night to proceed from Cameron to Clarksburg. We understand that other forces were ordered in the same direction. This indicates that the enemy are believed to be meditating a return to the line of the railroad. We must have now a very heavy body of troops on the Northwestern road.
