MARSHAL GENERAL
State of West Virginia,
Wheeling, May 25, 1863.

The following soldiers of Company B, 12th regiment Virginia Volunteer Infantry, are deserters. They will report immediately at this office, as they are supposed to be at present in Marshal county. Citizens who harbor them will be held responsible;

Jacob J. Roberts, Leander Allen, Wm. N. Bonar, George W. Cecil, Andrew Colter, David A. Fletcher, Amos Greathouse, Nelson Goodrich, Hamilton Giles, John Hartzell, Andrew Kapp, James N. McHenry, Thomas Parsons, James Imman, Kline Imman, and Nathan D. Goodrich, M. Truman, Josiah Vauseyde.
