Transfer Of Soldiers. - We learn that about fifteen thousand troops have arrived and are arriving at Benwood going west. The Rattler and the Buck were pressed into service and taken in charge by Capt. A. S. Doane. They are to be employed in building a pontoon bridge at Bellair to facilitate the crossing of the troops. We do not deem it advisable to make known the destination of the soldiers or the direction from which they come.
