Rebels Captured. - A few days since Captain Witcher took a part of his company from Point Pleasant and started in pursuit of a band of rebel horse thieves who were stealing horses in the lower end of Mason and Putnam counties. He got on their trail and followed them inside the rebel lines and succeeded in capturing the following named rebels, belonging to Point Pleasant.

James E. T. Mitchell, George Neal, Dick Neal, Andrew George and Wm. Shields. - Shields was severely wounded and reported to be in the Hospital at Gallipolis. We also learn that James W. Smith, of Mason county, was wounded and captured by a squad of the 13th Va. Several others were captured.
