Humphrey Here For Two Talks

Senator Hubert Humphrey of Minnesota will speak here twice tonight in connection with his candidacy for the Democratic presidential nomination.
He will speak at a dinner meeting of the Huntington Forum at the Hotel Frederick at 6:30 p. m., and at 8 p. m. will speak during a reception in the ballroom of the hotel, sponsored by the Cabell County Democratic organization.
Senator Humphrey will arrive at 5:30 at the Tri-State Airport.
He and Senator John Kennedy of Massachussetts are opponents in the "popularity contest" primary race in West Virginia. Results in presidential primary balloting in this state are not binding on the delegates to the national convention.
