Governor Orville Freeman of Minnesota is feature speaker in a rally to be held at St. Josephs in southern Marshall county, Saturday evening at 8:30.
The governor is a life-long friend of Senator Hubert Humphrey and is a co-chairman of the national Humphrey President committee.
Mrs. Humphrey was in Moundsville Wednesday. Her husband comes to the Panhandle next Wednesday night to campaign in this part of the state till Election Day. He will have to be in Charleston that evening till 8:30 to appear on the network TV broadcast debate with Senator Kennedy.
