May 4, 1960
Ted Kennedy, youngest brother of presidential candidates Jack Kennedy, spoke to the voters at the Hardy County court house Friday afternoon in behalf of his brother's candidacy. Bob Kennedy was scheduled to appear in Moorefield but had to keep another commitment.
Kennedy was introduced by former mayor P.W. Clarke.
