Yesterday morning about 4 o'clock, a lot of McNeil's robbers and guerrillas pounced upon a company of New York cavalry, stationed at Green Spring run, fifteen miles the other side of Cumberland, and killed three of the company, wounded several, and took the balance prisoners. No harm was done to the road.

The Wrong Man. - We stated yesterday morning that Major Wallace, Paymaster, made a narrow escape from being captured by guerrillas at Green Spring Run a day or two ago. It was Major Walker and not Wallace.
