The mail going from West Union, Doddridge county, to Glenville, in Gilmer county, on the evening of the 9th inst., was captured, the Postmaster of the former place writes, either by guerrillas or rebel citizens, and bag and contents carried off. The mail is reported as a heavy one and citizens hereabouts are as like as not interested in it.
