The West Virginia Commission on the Arts will meet from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on
Thursday, Feb. 23, at the Cultural Center in the State Capitol Complex in Charleston.
The meeting is open to the public. The meeting originally was scheduled for
Feb. 13 but had to be postponed due to inclement weather.
