The West Virginia Archives and History Commission has postponed its meeting
scheduled for noon tomorrow. The purpose of the special meeting was to consider
a proposed “Settlement Agreement and Agreed Order of Dismissal”
regarding Civil Action No. 05-C-189 in the circuit court of Logan County. The
proposed settlement was the only agenda item.
The meeting has been rescheduled for Friday, June 2, 2006 at the Cultural Center
in Charleston, and will be held as part of the commission’s regular business
meeting.
