While I am writing to the Adjt Genl and have my hand in and the mails too being so very irregular. I shall take the liberty to request of you at this early date to fill a requisition for. Subsistence stores: have it approved by the Governor for twenty five men thirty days commencing on the first of June and ending on the thirtieth 1864
