Sir,
I have to say that I had the requisition filled which I received of you at wheeling a d dew my provisions at grafton, on my return home but unfortunately for me Those you had approved and sent to me at grafton had been forwarded by the [?], to Phillyspe [sic] and from Thence to Camp in my absence by provide leonugrance [sic], and my men out of provisions went ou [sic] webster and drew for these before I returned from wheeling Those you had approved was from the 16 of January to the 29 of February, so we have two draws for February and fifteen days of January, I think the 15 days drew in January should be ours, as we drew but fifteen days sessions in that month. You will please write to me and give such orders as You see proper and they shall be obeyed,
