To his Excellency A J Boreman
Dear Sir
I have written Two letters to you on [?] and have received no reply One letter was in relation to the Saddle + Co, my proposition was that I would pay for ten of the Saddles and The State furnish the Balances (Eleven)
the other letter was in relation To a prisinor I have that has been Selling liquor to Soldiers + Citizens without License or because of military authority. I wanted to know what to do with him and this liquor. I can sell the whiskey to men that has license to sell it and will account to the State for it
Please answer both letters Immediately
