Der[sic] sir I requested you about ten days ago to send me a requisition for subsistence for the my company for the month of May for (17) seventeen men at same time I made a statement of the Condition of the Company to His Excellency
I did not receive any the above requested requisition and if you sent it it must have been captured as our mail was captured at or about the time it was due
I never receivd[sic] any instruction from the Governor as to what disposition was to be made of the Company on and after the 6th day of May 1865 if this If His Excellency will permit the remainder of the Company after the 6th day of May to perpetreate[sic] the organzation[sic] Please forward a duplicate approved requisition
