1 Abstract of the laws relating to the appointment powers and
duties of school commissioners and their officers, and also to the
duties of the county and corporation courts, and clerks thereof,
and of the commonwealth's attorneys, relative to the said
appointment and duties. To which are added the forms required by
law for the government of the school commissioners. Prepared by
direction and act of the General Assembly, passed 25th February,
1829, entitled, "An act to amend the several acts concerning the
literary fund." By James Brown, Jr., second auditor, 1829.
