Another Prisoner - Capt. Simpson of the 11th Virginia Infantry, yesterday brought up to the city a rebel prisoner named James N. Norman, who was lately arrested in Calhoun and was formerly sheriff of that county. He has been acting with the guerillas of Calhoun, and giving them aid and comfort. He is the same chap who, with the famous Perry Hays, once succeeded in swindling the Common-wealth out of about $10,000. He was committed to the Athenaeum, and will be sent to Camp Chase.
