We learn from passengers from Charleston, on the Kanawha River, that the rebels made a dash between Summerville and Gauley , on Wednesday last, capturing one company of the 2nd Virginia cavalry, together with a portion of two companies of Infantry. It is also reported that they captured a train of forty wagons, and one hundred and sixty-eight mules. The 61st Ohio regiment have fallen back to Charleston. The Rebels are reported 1,600 strong, under Gen. Jones. - Cin. Com.
